Booking
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons.
Our parties are designed for children ages 6 and under.
Standard parties are 2 hours, with options to extend.
Party Logistics
Yes, you can bring your own cake. We offer catering options, but outside food is permitted.
Party packages include specified adult supervision. Additional adults may have a small fee.
Yes, our catering services can adapt to various dietary needs, including gluten-free and nut-free options.
Payment and Policies
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payments through our booking system.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
- Reservation Process
- 50% deposit required at booking
- Full payment due 7 days before the party
- Reservations are confirmed only upon full deposit
- Group Size
- Minimum and maximum guest numbers apply per package
- Additional guests can be added for a supplemental fee
- Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the party
- Age Restrictions
- Parties designed for children 6 and under
- Supervised play areas appropriate for young children
- Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14+ days before party: Full deposit refunded
- Cancellations 7-14 days before party: 50% deposit refunded
- Cancellations less than 7 days before party: No refund
- Rescheduling
- One free reschedule within 30 days of the original booking
- Subsequent reschedules may incur a rebooking fee
- Partial Cancellations
- Reduction in guest count must be reported 7 days prior
- Partial refunds may apply based on the current package
